| The castle and grounds
are magnificent. We ended up spending almost all the day there.
Even after we left we spent another hour ( and roll of film ) taking pictures
of Warwick High street ( I feel another web page coming on !!! )which
is mainly picturesque tudor style buildings. Although entry is relatively
expensive at twelve pouds per adult, we obtained a free adult pass
from one of the tourist information leaflets. If we had realised what a
full days worth of history, views, photography and laid on ( no extra charge
) entertainment we were going to get we would have paid the full price
without comment. |
